These terms govern your use of the Wake Bake & Meditate website and any request to join a WBM experience. Wake Bake & Meditate is associated with BAKD Supply. Website Use
This website provides information about Wake Bake & Meditate experiences and allows you to request an invitation. Content is provided for general information and may be updated as editions, venues and programmes evolve.
Wellness Experiences, Retreats & Workshops
WBM experiences may include meditation, mindfulness, movement, breathwork, sound, nature or island exploration, creative sessions, education and community conversations. Participation is voluntary. These experiences are not medical advice, therapy or a substitute for professional care.
Invitations & Bookings
Requesting an invitation does not guarantee a place. Applications are reviewed, and a place is confirmed only after the WBM team accepts the application and the required payment steps are completed. Pass names, inclusions, dates and prices are shown on the relevant edition page at the time of booking.
Payments
Where payments are enabled, they are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. WBM does not store full card details on this website. Deposit and balance requirements are shown with the relevant edition before you confirm.
Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
A full refund is available within 3 days of your deposit. After that, your booking can be transferred to a future WBM cohort according to the applicable terms. A cohort switch may also be available within 45 days of your deposit, subject to availability and the applicable change fee.
Event Changes
If an edition, venue, date, facilitator or programme element needs to change, WBM will communicate the update through the contact details provided in your application and will offer the options available under the applicable booking terms.
Participant Responsibilities
You are responsible for your travel, documents, health decisions, personal belongings and compliance with applicable laws and venue rules. You must provide accurate application information and follow reasonable safety and community guidelines shared for the experience.
Intellectual Property
Wake Bake & Meditate branding, website content, photography, video, copy and programme materials are owned by or licensed to WBM/BAKD Supply and may not be reused without permission.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in the WBM Privacy Policy. Please review it before submitting an application.
Communications
By providing your contact details and using our services, you consent to receive communications from Wake Bake & Meditate via SMS, email, WhatsApp, RCS, or other communication channels, including promotional and service-related messages. Service updates about an application or booking are kept separate from promotional messages. You can opt out of promotional communications by emailing support@bakdsupply.com or by using the opt-out instructions provided in the message where available.
