Cancellation and Refund – Request Invite

In the event of cancellation by the Guest, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund policy shall apply:

  • If Candidate selected after the Interview the Deposit of Rs 14,420 INR is non-refundable.
  • The WBM India Ticket Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • If cancellation occurs 7 days or less before the Retreat’s due arrival date, no refund will be provided.
  • If cancellation occurs more than 10 days before the Retreat’s due arrival date and the Guest’s place can be filled, a refund of 50% of the total payment (excluding the non-refundable Deposit) may be considered at the discretion of the Company.
  • The Company does not offer credit or refunds for Guests arriving late or leaving the Retreat early.
    The Company reserves the right to change the Retreat’s location due to unforeseen issues, such as third-party delays, problems, construction, etc. In such cases, the Company will ensure that the standards are maintained in all partnering villas/resorts.

The Company reserves the right to change or amend this cancellation policy at any time. The most current policy shall always be applicable.

Refund/Cancelation Policy:

  1. Cancellation 14 Days Before the Retreat: If you cancel your booking 14 days before or more, before the start of the retreat, Rs.14,420 plus 20% of the Retreat Fee will be deducted as cancelation fee if the Complete Retreat Fee is Paid in Single Installment.
  2. Cancellation Within 14 Days Before the Retreat: If you cancel your booking less than 14 days before the retreat, no refund will be provided and  it will be treated as a no show
  3. This policy aims to balance flexibility with considerations for the commitments and preparations involved in organizing the retreat.
  4. Refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of acceptance of refund.

Rescheduling:

  1. Members are allowed to reschedule their session once without incurring any charges if they reschedule 14 days before the event.
  2. The rescheduling must be communicated at least 14 days before the original scheduled time.
  3. If a  member needs to reschedule for a second time a rescheduling fee of 4,420 will be applicable.
  4. The rescheduling request must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled time.
  5. Reschedule due to emergency with 14 days of the event it needs to be approved by senior management and a rescheduling fee of Rs.4420/- will be applicable 
  6. Rescheduling will be done at the present running  pricing of the event at the time of the booking.

Insurance:

Adequate travel Insurance is mandatory and is a condition of your contract with us.  You are responsible for ensuring that you have personal travel insurance with protection for the full duration of the trip. Your insurance policy must cover:

  1. Personal accident and death/repatriation costs
  2. All medical and emergency
  3. Cancellation – pre and post departure for all reasons including medical
  4. Curtailment and delays
  5. Baggage damage, loss or theft
  6. All activities on the itinerary
  7. Any pre-existing medical conditions (if applicable)
  8. Personal Liability (optional but recommended)

If you are traveling within your home country, please confirm before travel that you are covered for any emergency medical care should you require it.

Refund/Cancelation Policy:

  1. Cancellation 45  Days Before the Retreat: If you cancel your booking 45 days before or more, before the start of the retreat, Rs.5420 plus 15% of the Retreat Fee will be deducted as cancelation fee if the Complete Retreat Fee is Paid in Single Installment.
  2. Cancellation Within 45 Days Before the Retreat: If you cancel your booking less than 45 days before the retreat, no refund will be provided and  it will be treated as a no show.
  3. This policy aims to balance flexibility with considerations for the commitments and preparations involved in organizing the retreat.
  4. Refund policy is subject to change without prior notice.
  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of acceptance of refund.
  6. Rescheduling is Not Allowed in International Retreats.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. 7 days grace period can be provided incase of non payment of the installment.
  2. If Grace period is breached 5420 will be charged as a revival fee
  3. All prices are excluding Main Flights, Visa and Insurance.
  4. The above prices are valid for Early Bird.
  5. All Payments need to be cleared 45 days before the Travel dates.
  6. Package fee includes all internal travel that is part of the itinerary. Personal travel charges will be borne by the guest.
  7. All Meals are included which are part of the itinerary. Extra charges will be borne by the guest.
  8. For Visa related concerns we will connect you with our Travel Desk team who will guide you with travel related concerns and guide you for the same.
  9. Incase of Visa rejection the booking will be treated as canceled and cancellation policy will apply.
